While it could be anxiety or stress related and nothing to really worry much about ......you never know that for sure until you get checked out.If i were you i would take this serious and get to your doctor asap or the hospital.I am going through something simular right now i too have anxiety disorder BUT i have had left arm,shoulder,few chest pains since early october...and just went last night to the ER the tests there ...echo,chest xray,blood tests,came out ok but the doctor there wasnt playing games with chest and arm pain even though im only 31 yrs old and my only risk facotr is smoking he stressed to me to have my doctor set up a stress test so im doing that monday and i dont even have health insurance but this stuff is nothing to fool with .......i dont mean to scare you at all i know how people with anxiety disorder worry to death ........dont worry but i think you should get it checked asap

Almost always in the early stages of coronary blockage, chest pain or pressure in the area of you describe happens with some exertion. However, that does not rule out a heart problem or something else that may require medical attention.
