Hey everyone, well ive been having bad palps/flutters for a month or so now, and i got on a monitor and the cardiologist said i have a few extra beats but im fine, and i dont need to be seen there anymore, but they have been worse latley and what do i do know, i mean ive already seen a good doctor, ive been on paxil for 8 years for anxiety, but my anxiety isent even bad, i want these damn feelings to go away, i cant even go out somtimes there so bad! ...when helps them?

Maybe your doctor can prescribe medicine, like a beta blocker. It eliminates or significantly reduces palpitations.

Ask your doc for either a beta blocker or calcium channel blocker to help out with these annoying palps. Also decrease or eliminate your caffeine intake and drink plenty of water.

my doc put me on 10mg of inderal..aka propanal..... anyone ever take this before?

Ask your doc to be tested for hyperthyroid...I get very bad palps and flutters due to my thyroid...good luck
