Hi. I think the best thing to do now is just to relax until the tests are done.
Sometimes people develop shallow breathing and don't take proper breathes - we need to learn to breathe properly. Anxiety too easily becomes the norm. Time out relaxing, breathing deeply, reading or doing a crossword, for example, without the tv on, is important.
More generally, I would ask whether you smoke, whether you are overweight, and whether or not you exercise. These are all important keys to your general health.
I notice a lot of people on this forum are reporting what I would call anxiety-induced stress (females especially, but I expect men too - they just don't admit it). This condition elevates your blood pressure and that can lead to more serious problems. I don't see many people here describing how they relax or meditate. People need to take time out to counter our modern lifestyles, tv, kids, driving cars and traffic, etc.
