For about a split second i had a sharp stab type pain on my left breast, now i can pin point it, and i can feel it when i push my stomach out, could this just be nerve ending?

anyone got an opinion? could that jsut have been a muscle spasm or a nerve?

Could it have been like trapped air/gas????

could have been, but it was on the left breast, and i can touch it and it be sore, feels like the muscle

I get these things ALL the time, especially 7-10 days before my period. My entire torso at any given spot can get sharp pains like this. My Dr. said it is hormonal and will likely get worse the older I get. Said I should take birth control pills. No way. It does suck tho!!!! It happens ALOT on my left breast, like on the side under my arm. I hate it.
