sudden paulpotations it hurst so much i am sitting down doing nothing then all of a sudden i get chest pisan and paulpotations i'm scared are they serious or could it just be to do with my depression what do i do any idears needed

How old are you? Any history of heart problems? Do you smoke? Drink a lot of caffeine? Use any drugs? Without actually listening to your heart, these are some of the questions that come to mind. Excess caffeine and stress can be big triggers for making the ol' ticker go into palpitations and funky rhythms.

are you a nurse/doc and nope no drugs smoking caffene nething
iuts yucky buness i am 16 years old uncle dies massive heart attack a the age of 41

could it happen to me??

honestly considering your age its most likely anxiety but id still get to the doctor.....if i was having chest pains and palpatations at the same time id run to the ER but thats just me. i know sometimes i get pains in my chest(probably nothing to do with my heart) and then anxiety hits and my heart starts to race ..... my grandpa had a heart attack when he was 30 something, i told my doctor this and he said its not something to worry tooo much about, he;d worry more if it was my mom or dad. well id schedule an appt ...good luck.
