| weird sensation in left chest
I have a weird sensation in the left side of my chest that starts in the left side of the chest above the nipple, toward the back left shoulder. It's difficult to describe, but the area is sensitive to touching, as in touching lightly, it's a bruise-ish feeling. It feels sort of like that cream that you put on when you have muscle aches, and it's not really noticeable unless it's being touched.
Started last night when I tried to sleep and kept getting jerked awake due to caffeine jitters... it just happens, when you start to drift asleep and then get this panic like feeling and the heart starts racing. the sensations in the chest started with this. does this sound like a heart problem, or does anybody else get similar sensations? although it feels like it's in the skin/muscle, I just wonder if it's a heart problem
