Ive been "slighty" on and off dizzy since monday. not enough to faint or effect my walking or driving. i noticed my heart rate goes anywhere from 86 to 112. 112 seems to be when i am up and walking or carrying laundry. yesterday at rite aid bp checker said my pulse was 143!!! i returned home about an hour later hurried in the house to check and it was 112.tonight i stopped to have it checked and it was 114 but i felt nervous and i think thats why.
3 weeks ago i had a EKG and chest xray all is normal. I worry about my heart rate is that normal? is there something else that could be causing my slight dizziness? i went back to doc today he says its not cardiac and he did anemia test and now im waiting on electrolytes test. Low pottassium maybe? something isnt right. im so tired. i even thought maybe my tiredness was causing me to feel "slighty dizzy" havent gotten much sleep lately. my daughter has been getting up super early for feedings and my sleep is always disrupted. maybe 6 to 7 broken hours a night. maybe me worrying about my pulse is whats making it race but my BP is normal. i bought a home checker yesterday. im 28 years old. Anyone?

hmmmmm, I am not a Doc, However, I think worrying about your pulse rate might just make it that higher. It is like the old saying, "Dont think about the pink elephant, of course, what does one do, thinks about the pink elephant.
I truly think in your case, it is not heart related. I know when my kids were really young and my sleep pattern was those crazy nights and mornings, I wasnt the same. I know you dont want to hear this, but, it could be lack of sleep along with a little stress. But, you know your body and you are headed in the right direction by getting your electrolytes tested and other tests done.
in the meantime: take some B's vitimans that will help your energy level B12 is a good one. I had my first at 27, so, I know how it is at this stage. I am now 35 and sleep still has never been the same...Good Luck to you.
