verapamil and Alcohol Interaction
just wondering what could the interaction be if i had a few shots at a party, 5 Max and stoped at 7, then took my Verapamil at 11:30, i understand that the amount of alcohol is decreased but was just wondering cause i have not had any in nearly 5 years. Thanks

I thought that verapamil actually increased the effects of alcohol (I'm sure it increases the blood concentration of alcohol)? Doesn't it slow the normal metabolism of alcohol, so it takes longer to clear out of your blood stream?
