Hey. Mine have always had that pattern. The key is to find out what you are doing different that triggers them. For me, it is stress, loss of sleep or lack of exercise. I've started taking Magnesium which really helps. But if I feel them starting after having been away awhile, I start working out more. Just walking or jogging once a day can really help. A heart specialist once told me, also, if they are bothering you, get up and move around. Physical activity is supposed to keep them at bay.
