| Re: PVC's question
Make an appointment with your Doctor.
I don't know your history but if you feel that you are in distress, call 911. If it starts to happen again go to the ER(so it can be caught on record).
Stay away from caffine. Get some good sleep. If you have been overactive, slow down and get some rest. Destress. It wouldn't hurt to rehydrate yourself, if you have had a fever.
Some PVC's don't become serious for years, others are an indacation of something serious going wrong. Personally, after what I've been through, I feel all PVC's need treatment. The trick is getting them on record so that the Doctor sees them and convencing the Doctor to what degree the PVCs are disabling your life.
Never ignore them.
