| anesthesia and heart attack
I recently ended up in the ER with a possible heart attack either right after or during anesthesia. I don't know exactly what happened as I was receiving the anesthesia but it led to "v tac" and I was unable to breathe. There is still question about what happened, maybe I never was fully sedated, or I awoke too early, I imagine a panic attack as well. After a very long day and many, many tests it appears I may have had a heart attack but it seems inconclusive. My question though is: What is the likelihood that I would have a similar reaction if I underwent anesthesia again? Thanks, tmgg
