This is called dextrocardia. It doesnt itself have any complications IF and that is a BIG if, it is structurally correct. Many times the coronary arteries will come off the heart in the wrong location which then can create problems. I will say in my experience I have never dextrocardia alone with no other heart defects. Typically they have other structural defects. Usually dextrocardia is typically seen with situs inversus where the rest of the organs are also flipped. Search dextrocardia on a search engine and you will get lots of info.
