50yr old Male - Good Shape, No Health Issues
3 weeks ago, I fainted while walking after jogging a 2 miles. Dropped in the middle of the street. Passed it off to dehydration and fatigue. 4 days later after being out late, I fainted again at work. Later that same day it happened again followed by rapid heart rate. Rapid heart rate is present on only 2 of the 5 cases, but lasts for anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hr.
About 5 incidents of fainting in past 3 weeks. Extreme fatigue when cutting grass or doing any physical activity. On many other occasions, I have felt it coming on but fainting did not occur. Vision gets blurred as fatigue sets in.
I think unrelated, about 6 months ago I exprienced some morning pain in my right shoulder for about a week or so. Friends thought it might be gall stones, but never had it checked.
What I've done:
1) Sonigram (nothing shows)
2) EKG (nothing shows)
3) Blood Pressure (fine)
4) Heart Cather (nothing)
5) Monitor on for 2.5 weeks, nothing during fainting.
Doctors wants to do another cather in the viens this time, as opposed to arteries.
Does anyone have any insight or advice.
