Hi Sakina,
An EKG or ECG measures heart chamber sizes by determing lenght of interval (in msec) on the horizontal axis. There is an acceptable dimension range for a chamber size, and if the value is slightly outside the range, it could be classified borderline abnormal.
But any EKG output is inconclusive and requires further testing to substantiate.
