| Do you take supplements/vitamins/nutrients? Would love your thoughts...
If so, what and how much?
I have started a new regiment with the advice of my nutritionist who is also a pharmacist. The Drs around here give NO creadence to natural ways - including vitamins. So I basically have to do my own research and take the advice from this woman. I would love to hear what others take, how it works, side effects, what you take it for...etc....
I will list what I am taking below....I have a history of tachycardia (SVT or IST - not sure which) and anxiety. Just diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue.
Tropical Anti-oxidant Liquid Formula 1 tbsp twice a day
Coral Complex (calcuim and magnesium in coral form) two at bedtime
Approx 3000mg of Fish oil (she wants me up to 6000 a day, but Cardio thinks this is too much)
Vit D3 - 2 drops a day
(the following are probiotic supplements - meaning live nutrients)
Stress B Nano-plex Liquid Formula 1/2 tsp a day
CoQ-Quinol Liquid Formula 1/2 tsp a day
DHLA Liquid Formula - 1/2 tsp a day
Metoprolol 12.5mg twice a day
Klonopin .25mg 2-3 times a day
