How To Save Your Heart And Your Health

You want to save your heart and your health here is how you do it.

Start juicing vegetables everyday, 2 apples 2 cucumbers 2 tomatoes and red grapes sometimes I add oranges everyday.

Take omega 3 fish oil. I take udo's oil. Its a mix of 3-6 and 9. I think it is great.

They told to me to stop eating meat all together. Meat today is filled with so much chemicals and crap that you are just eating poison. Todays meat / all meat is fill with chemicals and harmones. My doctor said what gives meat its flavor is that it sits in its own **** and crap for up to 2 days. The **** and crap settles into the meat which makes chicken and beef taste like chicken and beef - you are really tasting the **** and crap. If you ever eat Kosher beef or chicken there is no taste to it because it does not sit in its own **** and crap - like 99% of all the other meat does.

And basically just exercise. Walk for a half hour a day. You do not need to go to the gym if you do not want to, just walk around your neighborhood for a half hour straight is all. If you do more then that that’s even better.

Stop eating food you know is bad

My doctor is 67 and looks in his 40's, this is not an exaggeration.

I have been doing this for a year and I look like I am 15 years younger. People I know ask me if I had something done or am I using cosmetics.

It has been incredible. My heart improved beyond words.

Hi, Thanks for the advice.
What you suggest is what many people do anyway.
With vegetables "juicing " them is just the same as eating them.
And many or most eat very little red meat such as beef. Chicken is a little more common but fish is the popular and wise choice. Fishoil capsules are probably the most common dietary supplement. Half an hour's exercise is what many ppl do but if you can do more than just walking, and get your heart rate up to your recommended rate for your age, it is far better. You must remember this is for ppl with healthy hearts - for diseased hearts and cardiovascular systems we need to go further and match the diet, exercise, and medication to the individual's condition. We need to learn to drink more water, and to just relax from-time-to time during the day. Meditation and Yoga really work but too few use them.
Stopping smoking, avoiding excessive food intake (esp. bad fats) and keeping our weight down are important too. Alcohol is another real "killer". 30% of our people (males) over 60 in hospital are there due to alcohol-related disease. Amongst women breast cancer risk is increased by 10-15% if you drink alcohol.
And on it goes.
You sound healthy - keep it up!!
