Post Rapid Heart Beat and 7-1/2 months pregnant

Need some help and advise. My wife is 7-1/2 months pregnant and was told to be borderline anemic (sp?). Since month 4, every couple weeks or so, she gets a rapid heart beat which will last maybe 30 minutes and then she is fine. Resting will bring it back down. However, on Wednesday morning as she was brushing her teeth, she again experienced the rapid heart beat, but this time it was more intense. I tried to get a count, but it was more of a "drum roll". We called her OB and they told her to go to the hospital for tests. Upon arrival, her rate was anywhere from 130-140. They ran a series of tests and could find nothing wrong. She is not experiencing pains of any type or having any contractions and the baby, thank God, is doing fine. They put her on a heart medication that will keep the heart rate down (unsure of the name right now), but it has turned her into a zombie. She has never had any heart problems nor her family. Two questions and please any comments on your part is appreciated. 1. With the heart condition, will they most likely go with a C-section for delivery? 2. Do you think a 2nd opinion is necessary to find the problem? I'm also going to post this at the Pregnancy forum. Thanks.

Question

dear sir, do you happen to know the name of your wife's medication? my girlfriend is 18 weeks pregnant, she had Kawasaki syndrome when she was a kid, and now the doctor says there is a large risk of heart attack if she goes through with the pregnancy. we're wondering if your wife's medication might be used for her. any information would be helpful, thank you.
