Exercise! I've been dealing with pvc's for over 10 years now. I finally started exercising and immediately felt relief. The pvc's are nowhere near as bothersome. You might want to start a moderate exercise program and see if it helps. Good luck!
P.S. I do 30 minutes of aerobics/strenth training in the morning and then walk a mile on my treadmill in the evening, 5 days/week. Also, cut out as much caffeine as possible, if you smoke try to quit, and if youre stressed find ways to help you relieve it. Exercise will work wonders. Good luck!
