| | Very odd - could this be heart related?
Hello all. I have a question about something I've been experiencing lately. It seems that for no rhyme or reason, it feels like I get the wind knocked out of me right in the center of my chest. it literally was there, and then it was gone, in under 3 seconds. i checked my pulse afterwards (which I tend to do for just about anything and everything) and my heart was beating kind of hard, probably because it freaked me out a bit. the last time it happened, i got shooting impulses down both my arms. i wouldn't describe any of this as pain, though. and it went away very quickly, like nothing had happened. i'm just having trouble pinpointing what it could be. it's not linked to any specific activity of time of day either. It literally comes out of nowhere.
P.S. I got my heart checked last year with an EKG, holter monitor, and echocardiogram. all normal
