 butterflies in chest and ativan question
I put this in the anxiety forum, but maybe it should go here. I have pvc's and anxiety comes right after it. My question is does anyone get like a nervous feeling that moves around your body....chest, stomach and legs (not whole leg, just a patch)? like butterflies in your stomach when you are nervous, but this happens a anytime about twice a day for about 1/2 hour for me. not painful, just annoying.
one more thing, I'm on ativan (seems to work)and I have read your not suppose to take it for a long time.
I've taken it as needed for 3 months (.5mg once maybe twice a bad day, skip on a few good days). do I need to break off for awhile and just be a crazybird or try something else. Has anyone taken it longer?
