Question Worried/Confused. Help?

I've posted a few times before, but I have been getting the same thing with my chest off and on.

I don't get it too often, but whenever I do get it it is usually when I am sitting down or relaxing, not when I am walking or doing work.

The feeling I get is like cramps in my chest. Usually it's on my left side, but sometimes it's on my right. The other day I was having them pretty badly and my boyfriend rubbed the area for me and it went away quicker. Could this be related to muscle cramps and have nothing to do with the heart? It worries me because I have been having this off and on and I don't know what to think. Usually, if rubbed the pain goes away. I don't think that can be the heart, then?

Today, I couldn't eat all of my lunch and that made me worry even more. I usually eat everything, but today I just couldn't and I'm not sure why.

Anyone have any ideas opinions about this?

It would be very much appreciated.

Thank you!

sounds more like maybe muscle spasms...not heart related. To ease your mind, it would not hurt to have some tests...have you mentioned this to your doctor?
