Post Tricuspid valve

I have a sister-in-law that about 2 years ago had a heart attack - a few months after that had Mitral valve replaced. Ever since then still not doing good. Swelling alot in and out of the hospitals. Now they say they are going to have to do tricuspid valve surgery because it's leaking. Is this something that she will be able to get over?
