Post Throbbing Underneath Ribcage/Heart Palpations

Hi, I'm a 14 yr old female. I don't have any health problems besides Raynaud's syndrome and a mild heart murmur which the doctor can only detect when I'm laying down. I've noticed that sometimes if I'm sitting on the computer or watching TV, sometimes my heat will start fluttering, and I can feel the palpation in my neck as well. It usually startles me enough to make me sit up, but it goes away within 5 seconds or so. It feels like a lot longer, though.

Other times, particularly if I'm at the computer, I will feel a throbbing underneath my upper left ribcage, almost like there is a protusion. Again, it kind of startles me, and I'll sit up straighter, but in this case it won't go away, sometimes it will fade a bit though. When I press gently on that area I can feel a faint throb. Any insight would be appreciated.
