Question MVP, High RHR, and Pregnancy

Hello. Does anyone know if having MVP put you in a high risk category when you are pregnant? I have MVP with mild regurgitation and my only symptom is a high resting heart rate (about 89-100 BPM) although my doctor says this is due in part to me being 50 lbs overweight which I am working on now. My husband and I want to start a family and I want a natural birth but I am worried that my MVP status will not allow that. I did not want to deliver in a hospital with monitors and such. I am also concerned about the high heart rate - they say during pregnancy you should not allow your HR to go above 140 BPM but if mine is 100 now, while resting - what will I do during pregnancy?
any advice would help. thanks!
