i understand that some medications like decongestant causes arrthymias. can one still get arrythmias after stopping the medications?

i wonder when should i take my medication to lower my heart rate...normal is 80 plus. i know if i get to 120 plus i would take but if it is between 90 to 100, should i take it?

there are times when i feel "breathless" , like i was going to faint...felt sick...most often it happens in the morning when i go out of home. then after maybe an hour, it would get better. i never fainted though. my palms , lips and under eyes are still red.. was i just panicking?

if i have low 02 intake, can an ecg or holter tell?

ok...i m getting really freaky these days...my acnes keeps popping..

i keep thinking i will die. my hearts going to collapse.

It is a very scary thing so of course you will be scared
that is normal
no you shouldnt have them after stopping the medication
i think the high 90 is kinda on the high side for pulse
so your doctor prb wants you to take it so it doesnt get to high
no the test you said do not show low o2
they put a thing on your finger for this
what medications do you take and how much?

but couldn't it be that maybe because of the medication, i had rapid heart rate and though i have stopped the medication, the electrical impulse of my heart has gone hay wired already?

the medication is cardium.

do people with heart problem exercise? i mean those wif serious problems? i am curious.....correct me if i am wrong, even with serious heart problems, people can exercise as the heart won't definitely fail..it depends on luck?
