Question Heart rate of 48-54 BPM.. Is this bad??

My sitting-still heart rate has always measured about 60 BPM, but last night when I was falling asleep I measured it at about 45 BPM.. Then today when I woke up, it was about 48.. when I'm moving around and stuff, it usually clocks in at 60, but then just now I measured it 54 BPM.

Extra info:
I generally sit on a computer all day and might be out of shape
I did a lot of cardio exersize yesterday (may have over-worked myself)
I had STV Ablation done two years ago
My last stress test was about two years ago and returned normal
I weigh about 138 lb.
I'm 19
I don't have health insurance

Should I be worred?

I wouldn't worry if I were you.
How are you feeling in general?
some athletes have resting heartrate or 40 something.

if you are so worried, see a doctor or even call for advice nurse.

best of luck.

Re: Heart rate of 48-54 BPM.. Is this bad??

Oh I feel great. No pain or anything, no shortness of breath (but that's relative to what I'm used to). It get pretty low towards bed time.. like right now.

The thing is that I'm not an athelete... my heart's defiantly no in shape like it should be.. but I've been trying to exersize recently. I've had SVT before, so I've always been scared of heart problems.. it makes it so that I can't sleep at night.
