| Re: blood work
Greetings from one female "stent in the LAD" recipient to another (mine was placed in 2004 for a 99% blockage).
I am by no means an expert, but from what I can find online MCHC is related to the hemoglobin, which carries oxygen, in your blood (so I would think it very well could be related to your fatigue). LpA is a lipid (blood fat) measure. Hopefully, someone more knowledgable than me will come along to give you more details.
In retrospect, feeling very, very tired was the first symptom I had of my blockage. (Luckily, I subsequently experienced classic angina symptoms and did not delay in getting in for cardiac tests).
How long since you've had a nuclear stress test? What were your symptoms before you had the stent?
If I were you, I would call my cardiologist and insist I get in earlier than 3 weeks.
As you probably already know, a blockage in the LAD is probably the most dangerous place to have one (e.g. Tim Russert). It may be nothing, but I'd rather be safe than sorry, or more bluntly, I'd rather make a fool of myself with the doctors than be dead.
(I hope I'm not scaring you, but then again being scared enough to get pushy with the doctor is probably a good thing when dealing with the potential for a heart attack originating in the LAD).
