strange sensation in my chest - Heart Disorders Message Board

I suffer from high b/p and currently on meds.
However, sometimes I have a very strange feeling around the middle area of my chest. Its hard to describe, its not at all painful but i feel the need to twist my upper body and strech my arms so that my breast bone will click or crack. Or I feel that a powerul burp will relax me. I don't get this feeling very often.

Is this a normal sensation.
I've had it for along time. I took a EKG and a chest x ray in January 07 and my GP told me everything was ok. What could it be?

Also, i should add sometimes i feel as if any movement is going to make my chest bone / breast bone click (the same way your back clicks) but it doesn't occur.
