| heart realated question, any help or advice would be great.
alright, i'm 21 years old, and for a while i've been having "problems" with my heart. i'm not sure when it started but i've started to become more concerned this past week. anyways what happens is that it feels like my heart beat stops then starts again. so you have a normal beat then pause then three beats in a row. durring this i have feelings of panic, dizzyness, and a fluttering feeling through my chest and through my caroted arteries and jugular.
anyways, im nervous about this and any help or advice would be very helpful.
