Most certainly PVC's can throw off your BP reading. You have to have the right machine to recognize irregular heart rates. That is why it is most accurate to take a manual reading of your blood pressure. On the other hand, having a bunch of PVC's can also make your blood pressure a little crazy so take lightly your readings. It is better to rely on how you feel to correlate with your blood pressure. Having a headache, chest pains, etc and your blood pressure reads high, then yes certainly it might be concerning. But if you are feeling just fine and are taking your blood pressure just for the heck of it, dont be surprised with goofy readings. If you have a lot of PVC's and need to take your blood pressure frequently, I would recommend you learning how to take a manual blood pressure. They are easy to learn and not to mention the cheapest method of taking your blood pressure. Good luck.
