So about 3 months ago i got really sick and passed out about 7 times in the bathroom. During the worst portion while i was going in and out of consienceness I turned on the water in the bathtub and fell in because i was just so incredibly hot and sweaty. I was in so much pain that i couldnt think that i could pass out and drown, frankly i didnt care. I remember my heart was going really fast, around 160 beats per minute if i remember right, which i think i do, faster than ive ever felt it go when i haven't been sprinting like i do often, i play soccer. Anyway the sickness passed and so i moved on but ever since then ive been having problems. About six big episodes have happened so far but little ones happen every day. I have stopped exercizing because this brings on the episodes sometimes but just mostly hurts in general, around the chest area. the episodes happen like this. I suddenly feel my heart start pounding really hard and fast out of no where. right after my stomach goes into a knot and i get a splitting headache. I hit my knees, grab my chest and then the room starts spinning. I then fall to the floor and about half the time i loose conciensness. these happen when im excercizing, sexually aroused (at night), and just at random times.
The latest episode and definitely biggest and of most concern to me was in the middle of the night. I jerked awake like i had been hit by lightning. My arms and legs flew up and tightened into my chest and my neck tightened down. I was gasping at first but then just gave up breathing. through it there was pain like i have never come close to experiencing in my life. It felt like my arms, chest and neck were on fire, just pure pain. By the end I was begging to die faster because the pain was just amazing and i thought i really was going to die. I lost conciensness and when I woke up i had a headache and my chest and neck were throbbing but this went away in about 10 minutes and became just a pain in the chest. Of course I went to the docter the next morning but i didn't feel like i explained it well enough to him. He said he was concerned about a heart disease and i have been getting tests done. ever since then (this was about 2 weeks ago) i have had a constant pain in my chest that gets worse when my heart beats faster. Have any of you heard of situations like this and what the problem could be? I'd appreciate all the professional feedback I can get or someone who's experienced something like this. thanks a bunch. Oh by the way im a 19 year old male and have been diagnosed type 2 bipolar for the last 2.5 years, just in case this info helps with your assessment. thanks again, im really worried.
