| Looking for some advice and info ?
Hi all , well I guess i'm sort of a newbie here , im usually on the parenting issues site but Ive been having a small issue that i could do with some advice on . I am a 31 year old mother of one , I weigh around 250 lbs and since I had my son 18 months ago I have been on meds for High Blood pressure . I do try to excercise and i am trying to lose weight , recently though I feel i have to get on with it pronto cos Im worried about my heart . I have been totally aware of my heart beat for around 2 days now , it kind of feels irregular , hard to say really , its just that i can feel it fluttering at my throat ..?? constantly ....this is making me worried . We have no history of heart disease in my family but im concerned that with my weight issues and high bp , im a candidate for heart disease . My question is , could these heart ...palpatations (thats the only way i can describe it ) ..be any kind fo indicator to ill health ? Other than this i feel fine ...no pain or anything .Any feedback would be great , cos i feel like im making it worse with worrying so much !!!!
