| heart rate high
hi im 36year old female, and recently had strange heart rate,
i play competitive netball and have done all my life, i play centre court most of the time i would say im reasonable fit, i am currently training twice a week and playing once a week, my resting heart rate is 55,
last night i was playing it was the last quarter, my heart rate raced it was sitting on 204 I slowed right down and it dropped to 199 and sat there for 3/4 minutes before droping down around the 150 mark, this is not the 1st time it has happened,(this has occured 3 times before in a 12 month time frame) but it was the 1st time i was wearing a heart rate monitor...
i have spoken to my doctor and he hasnt really helped with my concerns
