echo question

I have had abnormal ekg's, inverted t waves and I have palps. I had an echo and it came back normal, actually with trace regurgitation but the doc was not concerned at all. I am 31 and in good health, I am not heavy and am pretty active(I have 2 kids). My symptoms are palpitations, sometimes pain. I do have anxiety so I am not sure if I am making a mountain out of a mole hill.My question is can I be rest assured about my heart if the echo was good or should further testing be done? Thank you for any advice you can offer.
