A pain in the chest, arm, jaw, etc that lasts for a short while does not mean a pending heart attack. There can be many reasons for this. It is usually stress.
I get this as well.
A pain that is constant in these areas and is very sharp could be bad.
Pain is relative. My friend had a sharp pain in his inner left arm to such a degree that he could not drive his car further and it would not subside. He was having a heart attack. Had to have 4 stents put in.
Slight pains in the chest or jaw or arm may not mean a pending heart attack.
It must be severe. But you MUST check with your Doc. as well.
