Re: Why Does My Heart Race after I Eat

I have no idea why but I had a heavy lunch yesterday and my heart did as well. I had no caffiene, sugar, or anything that could of made it race. It was about 105bpm resting. Started about 10 minutes after eating and lasted about 10 minutes before it stopped.

Re: Why Does My Heart Race after I Eat

For some individuals, eating too many carbs in a meal can cause the heart to race or misfire after eating.
