concerned individual

recently hospitalized with substernal chest pain with numbness and tingling in the r arm. stress test revealed abnormalities with a 1.5mm depression in st part of ekg but the pictures on the test appeared normal. My ekg showed anteroseptal infarct age undetermined. they send me home stating i had gerd but didn't do an endoscopy. any ideas. i feel like i need a second opinion
