I had A-fib 4 years ago.

It was exercise induced, as I was running on the treadmill. I converted back to rhythm in about 24 hrs, and was out of the Hospital in about 36. Will I eventually get it again as the Docs say? I am 52 years old, work out, and avoid bad foods.
