Resynchronization Pacer

In the beginning of February, I had my third ICD implanted in the last six years. This is one of the "three lead" pacers they now call Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy.

It is driving me nuts! My heart races and it kicks in and the the battle begins between my natural heart beat and the pacer. The doc's have upped my Sotalol and Coreg. This has helped the PVC's but the down side is I feel the effects of the drugs big time. I feel like i'm going to have another massive A-fib attack so I don't drive. I have very little energy. The symptoms are worse when I lay down. I don't know if this is my heart failure progressing. I kinda wish I had my old one back. When I had A-fib attacks and dropped to the ground it would fire off and I would get up and go about my business. Now I feel scared at times.

Anyone else have one of these new gizmo's? How is it treating you?
