PVCs (preventricular contractions) can be benign or it can be a symptom of underlying heart disease like MVP, so its possible for you to have both. If your doctors have ruled out anything serious, than PVCs are not life threatening.
What exactly do your PVCs feel like? Mine feel either like a thump on the chest or like air being sucked out of my lungs. How many do you feel in a day? If they are truly bothering you, their are some medications that might be helpful. You can ask your doctor about it.
