75bpm

hi im 19 weigh around 112lbs at 5'6 and my heart rate has been in and around 72-75bpm today usually for me its in the 60s i have a history of anixety and overthinking my health when i had my heart tested 2 years ago because it was racing over 120 even then they said theres nothing wrong my my heart so should i be concerned yet about it beating around 75 theres no pain i am breathing fine i have one of those home blood pressure tests and said 123/83

You are definitely over thinking. You are fine! 75 beats a minute if quite healthy and your blood pressure is fine as well. Don't focus on your heart so much! Get up each morning and be thankful for the beautiful day ahead of you and the fact that you are 19 and healthy!! If you worry about your heart you are going to have another disease that is unnecessary - anxiety and nervous disorder! You don't need that you have a wonderful life ahead of you!

thanks ive already been told i have anxiety by my doctor it all started when my pap died 3 years ago i just cant get over that loss always heard under 100bpm was good idk if thats ture thanks for the reply
