failed nuclear stress

I recently had a nuclear stress test and failed doing only 3 minutes before my cardiologist stopped me.He said the test showed thar I wasn't getting enough blood flow to the heart muscle near the apex.I also have a blocked circumflex artery.During the stress test I had no chest pain and I seemed to recover within a few minutes.I went for an angiogram and the Dr said I had placque build up but not enough to do a stent or reccomend bypass surgery. He said we would treat it medically.I notice now when I walk after a 100yards i get cramping in my buttock and lower legs-a test for PAD was negative-anyone experience similar-I will be 70 in July
