i am 33 years old male, i have severe anxiety disorder and agoraphobic as well as asthma last night i was sitting in my room i could not turn my head, close my eyes and reopen them without getting extremely dizzy to the point i passed out twice. I went to the er my heart rate was 135 at resting 155 on standing they did an ekg that came back perfect, heart enzymes were perfect, said i have way to much stress in my life and ruled it out as palpitations so they gave me a shot of 1 mg ativan on top of the .5 klonopin i took right before i went in by 25 min later i was sleeping, when i woke up my heart rate was 63 BP was 118/59 my question is this would having a panic attack or having my heart rate that high cause me to be super dizzy and pass out or should i see a cardiologist for further heart tests? my bp before the ativan was good at 123/71 Thank you Richard
