I believe panic attacks mimic the tingling in your arms, as you said you have panic attacks. I too suffered from these for years. Try relaxation, not as easy as it sounds. Its not just lying down and 'thinking your relaxing'. True relaxation can take weeks months to master. I almost fainted with panic attacks and learnt to focus on everything but my breathing....thats the key....breathing! It took a while to do this, but when i did learn to focus on something else i was fine. The worst thing about panic attacks i felt was that, the more you panicked the worse it got.....i thought i was dying. But with breathing excercise and focus you can beat it.
