Unhappy Heart Medication Question

Hello, I take Atenolol for my heart, I was taking Atenolol MYL but now it's Atenolol RAN. It's my understanding that these are just the makers of the medication. I don't know if it is coincidence or what but since it's changed, my heart has been doing more PAC's/PVC's. Are these medications still exactly the same eventhough they are different makers? Can the change in who makes the medication really be affecting me or is it just coincidence? With the old medication, I seemed to be fine.
