Frequent brief, mild chest pains
Hello, I'm 16 and over the past few days I've been experiencing these odd chest pains every now and then. They last no more than ten seconds or so, and the pain is very mild. It's more an annoyance than anything else. The pain is in the lower left of my chest, just at the bottom of the ribcage - does anybody know what this might be? I'm going to a doctor on Thursday, hopefully, about something else, and I might mention this to them. Might it just be exam stress? I'm not actually feeling terribly stressed about exams, but it's the only explanation I can come up with. I'm not overweight, and my diet isn't drastically terrible. I don't exercise that much but I do walk about a mile to and from school two or three times a week; sometimes more. My resting heart rate is about 60 BPM, which I understand to be perfectly fine. It doesn't beat faster or slower when the pain starts. I am about 5' 9" tall and weigh about 10 stone.
