Chest pains while tying down, sleeping and slouching.

I'm 14 and have been having really pain full chest pains for a while now. I used to have acid reflux, I went to the doctor and they gave me medicine for it and it went. but a couple months on from then I've been getting different feeling pains on the left side of my chest, in my heart. it feels really tight and it's hard to breath. but I take gavisgon and it goes. I get woken up, mostly every night now, at about 2/3 in the morning. I sometimes get it in the evenings when I'm lying, or even just slouching in my chair. also, my family has history of twisted organs (don't know the medical term), a member of my family had twisted lungs. is there something wrong with me, or it it nothing to worry about? thanks
