Chest Pain

My wife gets chest pains on and off and has had NUMEROUS EKG's, Scans, stress tests. breathing and lung tests and three angioplasties in the last three years at a top NY hospital. All were negative. She's 69 years of age, good shape doesn't smoke and exercises (not heavily) regularly. She just got out of the hospital last night with her third angioplasty. My question is someone told me that there arteries that are behind the heart and are usually not checked when a angioplasty is done. Is this correct? She's scared to death because she never knows if she's having a heart attack or not. Please help!
