Are PVC's serious?

I go for days/weeks without PVC's and then bam, out of nowhere, they hit with a vengeance for a day or two. Sometimes, I'll have 5-7 per minute and occasionally three in a row. Doc said it's ok. I even do some strenuous exercise the day they are the worse. Still alive.

Re: Are my PVC's serious?

I am a PAC sufferer and it is very hard to tell the difference between the two. Basically the word is this, they are very normal heart rhythm, and 60 for a day is not all that high. You are right people have thousands a day and live full lives with them. In the absence of shortness of breath, dizziness, or passing out, the doctors will say these are benign. Most people get them, just most people don't feel them. I bet you get more the more you worry, this is normal.

Go to the cardiologist if they progress and become symptomatic, otherwise you typically should not worry.
