Exclamation A little worried..

Hey guys.
So one of my biological brothers has Type 1 diabetes, so I wanted to get checked out to make sure I was in the clear of it. That part of the blood tests came back clear, but there are some other things I'm worrying about.
It stems at my heart.
I'm 19, 5'7", and 120-125 lbs.
I have a nice blood pressure, usually 106/70ish. HOWEVER, my RESTING heart rate is ALWAYS 90-110. This worried me a little in the past, but is now worrying me more, as I found out I ALSO have very high cholesterol and triglycerides for my age. Just to add insult to injury, they also found I have a benign liver disease in which belirubin is passing through my digestive system.
Should I be concerned about any/all of this?
Thanks.
